Propel Audit: trading analytics and planning for prop firm and live traders

Propel Audit is web software for traders who are paid in irregular payouts. It journals your trades from a CSV, then follows the money past the trade: what each prop firm payout really leaves after evaluations, resets and fees, a split for every payout the day it lands, each account's drawdown and payout rules, and a tax set-aside at your own rates. Live brokerage accounts sit beside prop accounts and are never mixed into their numbers.

Propel Audit is in public beta until its full launch on 1 November 2026.

What it does

• True net: every evaluation, reset and data fee counted against every payout, so you see what you actually kept.
• Payout split: give each payout a job the day it lands, across new accounts, a capital buffer, a tax reserve and investing.
• Payout readiness: trailing or static drawdown, consistency, minimum days and payout cycles per account, and what is safe to request.
• Tax set-aside: your own rates and caps, and a reserve for each payout before you spend it.
• Notebook: folders of week plans, with a section for the week and one for each trading day, each holding notes, live P&L and Win Rate, and chart screenshots.
• Dashboard: Win Rate, Profit Factor, equity curve, a P&L calendar and a journal page for each day, from one CSV.
• Live brokerage: statement import, realized P&L, deposits and withdrawals in one ledger, and a capital-gains reserve.
• Scale planner, Macro Desk and P&L cards: what more accounts add up to, the day's market news, and shareable result cards.

Who it is for

Prop firm traders running funded and evaluation accounts, and traders with a live brokerage account, who want to know what their trading actually leaves them after fees and tax.

What it does not do

• It never places, changes or cancels an order. Data comes in from CSV exports you download; Propel does not ask for broker or prop firm passwords or API keys.
• It does not give financial, tax or investment advice. It plans with the figures and rates you enter.

Plans and prices

• Free: $0, for as long as you use it. The Light view of every page, with 3 prop firm accounts and 1 brokerage account.
• Core: $29.99 a month or $299.90 a year. Adds the Advanced view of every page, with 20 prop firm accounts and 3 brokerage accounts.
• Elite: $59.99 a month or $599.90 a year. Adds unlimited prop firm accounts and unlimited brokerage accounts, priority support and early access.

These are the list prices. During launch a limited number of each paid plan sell below them; the pricing section shows the current price and how many are left. Paid plans have no free trial: the Free plan is how to try Propel.
